We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your information with any other company. To fulfill your order we require the following: your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, shipping address and credit card/PayPal information.
We use PayPal, one of the most trusted and secure sources on the internet for our online payment processing. This insures that your financial information is secure during and after the transaction. Please visit PayPal.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding order security.
Persons under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian's permission before providing personal information or ordering.
We may e-mail you from time to time with information regarding special offers, new products and more. You can opt out of e-mails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each e-mail.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
When a product that you've purchased is out of stock we will substitute the purchased item with a product of similar size, color and style.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FedEx ground shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Orders often ship within 24 hours from the time they are received. Typically your shipment will arrive within 4 to 7 business days, however, we do not guarantee ship times. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return items up to 30 days from shipment date. All items must be unused and resellable. All clothing items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with original tags attached. You may receive a refund, or replacement. We suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx insured with tracking.

STEP 1
Email Ashdon Golf - store@ashdongolf.com or call 1-877-2-ASHDON, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm PST. Provide your order number and the product that you would like to send back and the reason why. We will then issue you a RA number. We accept no shipments without a RA number.
STEP 2
Include a note with the RA number and the reason for returning the item with your choice of a replacement or a refund.
STEP 3
Pack the product. Include the invoice and return note. Write the RA number on the outside of the box. Boxes without a RA number will not be accepted.
